Trust Samsung to make a splash for its flagship smartphones. Nine days before it is officially unveiled, the Note 8 was teased in an official video released by Samsung. The smartphone is scheduled to be launched onAugust 23 and has seen its fair share of leaks and rumours in the last one month or so.
The teaser video lists out a slew of terms which are replaced by other terms after being slashed by the SPen. For instance, talk becomes act, step is replaced by leap and update becomes innovate. The teaser perhaps takes a dig at rivals as it uses the hashtag #DoWhatYouCan’t.
There are no other specifications or details revealed in the video but it’s clear that Samsung is talking about big features like the S-Pen. To lay emphasis on big, the teaser video is titled “Do Bigger Things”.
The phablet is expected to come with a 6.3-inch edge-to-edge AMOLED ‘Infinity Display ‘ that will have the same aspect ratio as Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. Another talked about feature is the dual rear camera set up which has come up in several leaks and rumours.
